1. Connect Your Account
First, perform a one-time setup by connecting MyBusinessCatalog to your free TheCatalog.Online account. Simply copy your API token from the service and paste it into the software settings. This securely links your desktop app to your personal online gallery.
2. Click the "Publish" Button
After creating any PDF document (a catalog, price list, or brochure), a "Publish to TheCatalog.Online" button becomes available. Clicking this opens the publication window, where your PDF is ready to be sent to the web.
3. Name It and Go Live!
In the publication window, give your document a unique file name and a title. This name becomes part of the shareable URL. Click "Publish", and the software automatically uploads the PDF, converts it into an interactive flipbook, and gives you a direct link to view and share it.
